We are a fully licensed company and we employ only professional painters. We have painted some of Bakersfield’s finest homes as well as historical landmarks, schools, offices, apartment complexes, industrial centers and more. Primarily, we serve Bakersfield, Kern County and outlying regions. However, we will travel further for large commercial jobs. References are given upon request. We use only the highest quality materials from companies like Benjamin Moore Paints, PPG, Westccoat, Ashford, Ameron Industrial Coatings and many others. Combined with these quality materials we provide the finest workmanship in the industry.
We take safety very seriously and keep up to date on safety related practices within the field. On our commercial and industrial jobs, we understand and comply with all of the demanding requirements so you don’t have to worry about your painting contractor being in compliance. We consider several different aspects of safety on each job. Beginning with the paint and solvents themselves and moving all the way through the process, we evaluate the job and our approach to safety. Of course, we bring the same level of care and attention to non-commercial jobs too so you can remain just as confident that we are operating safely
Most residential repaints can be completed in 4-7 days. Larger projects will require more time.
Each job will be bid on an individual basis. There is no 1 price fits all, but you can be sure that when you hire Jeffrey Lay Custom Painting, Inc, you will get what you paid for.
Yes. We warranty our work for a period of 1 year. This does not mean that after 1 year, you’re on your own. If there is a craftsman related failure, it will usually appear within 1 year. Even after the 1-year mark, we will look at any and all concerns our clients have.
Yes. We are insured for liability, Worker’s Compensation and every vehicle that comes to your project, company owned or not, is fully insured as well.
Yes. All proposals are free to the customer.
